Terms of Service

HipMarvinFX is a research and market-intelligence service focused on financial-market research, analysis, market structure, macroeconomic developments, and related educational content. These Terms govern your access to and use of the HipMarvinFX website, platform, research, and subscription services.

HipMarvinFX is provided on a subscription basis. After successful payment, you receive access to the features and research content included in the subscription plan presented to you at the time of purchase. Access continues while the applicable subscription remains active and subject to these Terms.

Where the promotional offer is presented as a 7-day trial for $1, the trial provides the advertised access for that period. Unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may convert to the recurring plan displayed at checkout.

Where the applicable plan is displayed as $49 per month, that recurring amount is charged according to the billing terms presented at checkout. Prices, taxes, and promotional terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase where applicable.

Subscription payments are processed by Flutterwave or another payment provider identified during checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction and recurring charges where applicable.

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date using the cancellation method made available to you or by contacting support@hipmarvinfx.com.

Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while allowing access to continue through the already-paid subscription period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, unused portions of a billing period are not refundable.

You agree not to:

• Share, transfer, sell, sublicense, or resell your account or subscription access.
• Redistribute, republish, reproduce, or commercially exploit HipMarvinFX research without authorization.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Use automated means to scrape or systematically reproduce protected research content without authorization.

The HipMarvinFX name, branding, website design, research materials, written analysis, databases, software, and other original content are owned by or licensed to the operator of HipMarvinFX unless otherwise stated.

Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for your own research and educational purposes. It does not transfer ownership of HipMarvinFX intellectual property or authorize redistribution.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact support@hipmarvinfx.com promptly.

We aim to maintain reliable access to HipMarvinFX, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, market-data limitations, or circumstances outside our control.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service when reasonably necessary. Material subscription changes will be communicated where required.

Payments may be processed by Flutterwave and other third-party payment providers used by the service. HipMarvinFX does not directly store your full payment-card or bank-account credentials where those details are handled by the payment provider.

HipMarvinFX provides research, market intelligence, analysis, and educational material. The service does not provide personalized financial advice, portfolio management, custody of client funds, or execution of trades on your behalf.

HipMarvinFX may depend on third-party providers for hosting, payments, market data, analytics, communications, and other infrastructure. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies.

Market information may originate from third-party data providers. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable research inputs, HipMarvinFX does not guarantee that every third-party data point is complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. HipMarvinFX does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HipMarvinFX and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the service, including losses resulting from financial-market decisions or trading activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that may apply to you.

The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before pursuing formal proceedings, where appropriate. Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking urgent or legally available relief.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, applicable requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
